Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning. I ordered glasses, only for them to arrive with the wrong prescription. After returning them, I unbelievably received the "fixed" pair with the wrong prescription again! My direct feeling and conclusion is that this is a horrible company with ZERO customer service. I cannot get a live person on the phone to talk to, period. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because not only did they fail to deliver the correct product twice, but they also offer no refunds, only store credit or replacement, which feels like an endless loop of frustration when the product is consistently wrong.

Customer: I am absolutely furious. This is the second time I've received glasses with the wrong prescription. What am I supposed to do now? CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the repeated error with your prescription. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Let me pull up your order details to see what we can do to resolve this immediately. Customer: Resolve it immediately? I've been through this once already! And frankly, I'm tired of replacements if they're just going to be wrong again. I want to know why this keeps happening and what assurance you can give me that a third pair won't also be incorrect. CS Rep: I completely hear your concern. I'm escalating this directly to our optical lab supervisor to personally review your original prescription and the two pairs you received. We will ensure a senior technician oversees the creation of your next pair. Would you be open to us sending a third, re-verified pair, or would you prefer to discuss a store credit? Customer: Store credit isn't what I need; I need glasses I can actually see out of. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I just want the glasses I ordered, correctly.
