Let me tell you, my online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm sharing this as a warning. The website was so incredibly messed up it took me a staggering 2-1/2 hours just to try and purchase two pairs of glasses. Customer: Frustrating is an understatement. Now I have to wait for an email to input the information I already typed in? This is a massive waste of my time. For now, I can certainly help you submit your prescription directly over the phone or guide you through the email process if you prefer, to ensure your order moves forward as quickly as possible. Customer: Just make sure my order is correct and I don't have to go through this again. This process has been a nightmare.
